Week1, Day 7
Starting another marathon training and it was a less than robust start. I am still recuperating from whooping cough and everything is still a little more difficult. I managed to get through a 6 miler yesterday, but it was more difficult. The good news is that even though it was more effort, I was still faster than my 6 miler when I started the same program back in July.
